Hampshire Company, the world leader in universal touch screen electronics and software, released their latest UniWinDriver™ version 6.20a for Windows® operating systems: 98se, ME, 2000, XP and Tablet.
This latest driver includes utilities and functions to increase touch screen performance as well as new enabling features for Hampshire’s newest controller products. See upcoming E-News regarding the release of Hampshire’ TSHARC-XX C-Ray (for RS-232 and USB), capacitive touch screen controller and the Devil- Ray (RS-232, USB & PS/2) analog resistive chip or board solution which concurrently supports both old and new 4 wire and 5-wire touch screen pin-outs supplied by Microtouch™ (3M) as well as 8-wire analog resistive touch screens. As always, Hampshire’s TSHARC controllers support all analog resistive and capacitive touch screens regardless of construction or manufacture.
Who should update their driver to the new revision? All customers who are using Hampshire’s TSHARC chip or board solution with Microsoft operating systems Win98se and above should use this new driver.
